Free Stock Analysis - Stock Signals Philippines

Bank of the Philippine Islands (PSE:BPI) is clearly on an uptrend after breaking out of its resistance at 96.07. The volume is high but not explosive, so to speak. The price has also breached the 200 SMA. The 15 EMA and 20 SMA are pointing upwards and may do a bullish crossover versus the 200 SMA. They currently are acting as the support also.

The RSI is nearing 70 and is still pointing upwards. The MACD is still bullish. In our opinion, BPI will hit 102.20 soon with ease but it is preferable if a test of the support at 96.07 happens first.

  1. Hi Jaycee! Sorry, but I got confused with your summary of online transactions. How it came that the avg.prices were above 200 when BPI’s 52-week highest trade rate was 107.90? Thanks!

  2. An outstanding share! I have just forwarded this onto a friend who has been conducting a little homework on this. And he actually bought me lunch due to the fact that I found it for him… lol.
