Petron Corporation (PSE:PCOR) has bee relatively strong for the past 5 days. It appears that the stock may have bottomed as it marked a higher high on a short-term basis. The bias is in seeing the stock register a higher low preferable at the 15 EMA and 20 SMA at 8.90. The 15 EMA has already made a bullish crossover versus the 20 SMA.
